2 x mozzarella balls

- Baguette
Method:
- Slice & toast the base
Use the Bread Knife to slice the baguette into even pieces. Lightly toast until golden. - Prep the toppings
Use the Chef Knife to slice mozzarella into rounds, then cut into bunny shapes (ears + body).
Use the Tomato Knife to halve cherry tomatoes for the “carrot” detail.
Use the Herb Snippers to finely cut basil. - Assemble the crostini's
Spread a layer of pesto onto each toast using the Spreading Knife. - Create the bunny design
Place mozzarella slices to form a bunny shape, add tomato halves as the carrot, and finish with basil leaves for decoration. - Add final details
Use the Paring Knife or seeds to carefully shape small details (ears, face) for a clean, playful finish.
