At Zyliss, we are proud of the exceptional quality of our products, and we back this with generous guarantees across our entire range.
What to Do If Your Item Is Faulty
Within 6 Months of Purchase: If your item develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased it. You are likely to have various options such as a like-for-like replacement, an exchange, or a refund, depending on the retailer's own policies. Always keep your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or a bank statement, as you may need this.
After 6 Months: If your item develops a fault after 6 months from the date of purchase and is still within the guarantee period, please contact us directly. Our team will assist you in starting a guarantee claim. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
Conditions and Exclusions
Our guarantees do not cover accidental breakage, poor care, damage from misuse, or dismantling. Rust and corrosion, often results of poor care or storage, are also not covered. We may occasionally request that you return the item for inspection by our Quality Team. If the item does not meet our guarantee criteria, we will return it to you without replacement.
Replacement Policy
We aim to replace items like-for-like, but this may not always be possible due to changes in product design or discontinuation. Only faulty items are eligible for replacement under our guarantees.
Specific Product Guarantees
Standard Manufacturer Guarantee: Most Zyliss products come with a 5-year manufacturer guarantee. This guarantee does not include an option for a refund, which must be handled through the original retailer.
Zyliss Comfort Pro Knives: These knives are covered by a 25-year manufacturer guarantee. Refunds are not provided under this guarantee and must be handled by the retailer.
Zyliss Ultimate Pro Cookware: Offers a lifetime manufacturer guarantee on construction and a separate guarantee on non-stick coating.
Zyliss Ultimate Cookware: Comes with a limited lifetime manufacturer guarantee on construction and a 10-year guarantee on the non-stick coating.
Zyliss Superior Ceramic Cookware: Includes a limited lifetime manufacturer guarantee on construction and a 2-year guarantee on the non-stick coating.
Zyliss Bakeware: All bakeware products come with a 5-year manufacturer guarantee. Refunds for these items must be obtained from the retailer where the purchase was made.
