Crispy Halloumi and Potato Tots
A snack you won’t be able to stop eating - crispy halloumi and potato tots!
PRODUCTS USED
INGREDIENTS
- 300g potatoes
- 100g halloumi
- 30g cornflour
- Hot honey or chili oil to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil potatoes for 10 min. and grate them on a coarse drum grater.
- Grate halloumi
- Add cornflour and spices and mix well
- Roll into equally sized balls
- Brush on olive oil and air fry them until golden brown (200°C for 20 minutes)
