Crispy Halloumi and Potato Tots

A snack you won’t be able to stop eating - crispy halloumi and potato tots!

PRODUCTS USED

INGREDIENTS
  • 300g potatoes
  • 100g halloumi
  • 30g cornflour
  • Hot honey or chili oil to serve

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Boil potatoes for 10 min. and grate them on a coarse drum grater.
  2. Grate halloumi
  3. Add cornflour and spices and mix well
  4. Roll into equally sized balls
  5. Brush on olive oil and air fry them until golden brown (200°C for 20 minutes)
