Caprese Pasta Salad

Enjoy the last bit of summer with this delicious Caprese pasta salad, super easy to make and a real crowd pleaser!

PRODUCTS USED: 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pasta
  • 235 g bocconcini
  • 235 g cherry tomatoes
  • 120 g spinach, chopped
  • 30 g basil, chopped
  • 4-6 pieces prosciutto
  • Salt & peppery
FOR THE DRESSING: 
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 70 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Start by cooking the pasta
  2. Cut the tomatoes, onion, and spinach into smaller pieces
  3. Cook the prosciutto in an air fryer or on a pan until crispy
  4. Prepare the dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper
  5. Assemble and enjoy!
