The Zyliss Control Knife Sharpener is the ultimate companion tool for your kitchen knives. Use the Zyliss Control Knife Sharpener to quickly sharpen your dull knives or for everyday knife maintenance. It will sharpen dull knives with just a few pulls through the ceramic sharpening slot. This slot has unique blade guides to hold the knife blade at the right angle to bring a dull knife back to life. Then quickly remove any metal filings from the blade by running it through the finishing slot, where a Fibre pad will wipe the blade clean. The Zyliss control Knife sharpener is compact and easy to store in any kitchen drawer.
