World Pasta Day - Gochujang Pasta
To celebrate World Pasta Day why not make this delicious gochujang pasta dish. You can never go wrong with a bowl of yummy pasta.

INGREDIENTS:
- 450 g rigatoni or any pasta of your choice
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced (about 2-3 cloves)
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml reserved pasta water
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or your preferred sweetener
- 1 stalk green onion sliced (just the green part; plus more for garnish)
- Parmesan grated (optional)
METHOD:
- Start by boiling the pasta
- Add butter and garlic to a heated pan and cook until til golden brown
- Add gochujang paste, heavy cream and, sugar and mix well
- Add pasta water and seasoning before mixing in the pasta
- Grate parmesan cheese into the pan and mix
- Lastly, chop up some green onion to use as garnish before serving
