INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 230g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 230g fettuccine
  • 6dl vegetable broth
  • 80ml heavy cream
  • 25g grated parmesan


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Start by slicing the mushrooms
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to a heated pan
  3. Add salt and pepper
  4. Let it cook until all the liquid has evaporated
  5. Add the vegetable broth and the fettuccine
  6. Let it simmer until the fettuccine is cooked and the liquid has evaporated
  7. Add heavy cream and grated parmesan and mix until everything is smooth and creamy
