One Pot Creamy Mushroom Pasta

PRODUCTS USED:
- Wood Fibre Cutting Board (large)
- Susi 3 Garlic Press
- Classic Cheese Grater
- 1,52L Glass Storage Container
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 230g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 230g fettuccine
- 6dl vegetable broth
- 80ml heavy cream
- 25g grated parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Start by slicing the mushrooms
- Add butter and minced garlic to a heated pan
- Add salt and pepper
- Let it cook until all the liquid has evaporated
- Add the vegetable broth and the fettuccine
- Let it simmer until the fettuccine is cooked and the liquid has evaporated
- Add heavy cream and grated parmesan and mix until everything is smooth and creamy
