Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
Green goddess salad

  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Handful lettuce

Dressing

  • Handful of basil
  • Handful of spinach
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Half a handful of walnuts
  • 50g parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Prepare and chop all of the vegetables. Try using our Gourmet Drum grater to grate the lettuce, cabbage and cucumber.
  2. To create the dressing, slice the avocado and grate the parmesan cheese ready for the blender.
  3. Add the spinach, avocado, walnuts, cheese, garlic, basil, olive oil and lemon juice into a blender to create the dressing
  4. Once blended mix the dressing in with the pre-chopped salad.
  5. Now you have a perfect and delicious green goddess salad, ideal to dip your chips or crips in or to have on its own.
