Classic Tiramisu

A classic dessert that never fails! Try this delicious tiramisu recipe for your next dinner party.

PRODUCTS USED: 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 200g ladyfingers
  • 125g sugar
  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two separate bowls.
  2. Whisk the egg whites until fluffy.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks, vanilla powder, and sugar until it turns smooth.
  4. In another bowl, add the the mascarpone and mix it.
  5. Mix in two spoons of the egg yolk mix and add the rest of the egg yolk mix. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add two spoons of the egg whites and fold it in a couple of times. Then add the rest.
  7. Add coffee in a small bowl.
  8. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them side by side in the glass container.
  9. Add the mascarpone mixture, sift cocoa powder until the surface is covered, and repeat the previous steps.
  10. Once finished, let it rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
